Rates are quoted in US Dollar, Euro or Rupiah. Rates can be changed any time without prior notice.
Quotation and confirmation will be sent to you by email, phone or fax message after our programs is fixed or be deal by you or your clients according to your doing on traveling. NUSA NIPA TOUR will reply all your email as long as our working time in Indonesia.
NUSA NIPA TOUR request an 60% deposit of total tour cost at least 60 days before your arrival in Indonesia and 40% should be paid at least 2 weeks before your arrival. Your payment billing will be sent back to you after we confirm to our bank account, the billing will used by you to get our service in Indonesia according to your tour agreements with NUSA NIPA TOUR Indonesia. If you take tour packages to Komodo and Flores Island, we only request 50% should be paid 1 month before your arrival and 50% rest of payment will pay on the day of arrival in Flores Island.

NUSA NIPA TOUR will charge you with full payment when you are no show on arrival date or very late confirmation. We will charge 50% when you make cancellation 7 days before your arrival date to cover all our bookings.
